Cire Community Hub - Yarra Junction

We have various spaces and rooms that we are looking to hire out and fill with local businesses and facilitators in our area, to help both promote themselves, and to bring community members into our Community House. These rooms consist of two intimate consulting rooms, a large multi-purpose room which boasts a small kitchenette with sink, microwave, and fridge, and also a spacious training room that can be doubled up as a small fitness area. All the spaces are perfect for either one on one consultations, facilitating small groups or classes, or even a place to host your own corporate meetings. Lastly, we have five hot desk spaces available to rent each day, with users having access to a desk phone, printing, scanning, copying and full use of the internet.

All our rooms are beautifully and freshly renovated, and is toilet accessible. Furniture can be rearranged to suit your needs, and the rooms are able to be booked during after hours or on weekends. They can also be booked for a single use or on a recurring basis, with no deposit or payment required upfront. Did we mention that they're super affordable? You also get to set your own class fees and structure the program to your liking, it’s completely up to you – we simply provide a venue, and can happily share your marketing material across our platforms. All you need is public liability insurance, and we are good to go!

Why use our rooms and spaces? It’s a great, affordable way to see clients outside of your normal area, and allows your business to be advertised in a new community. Plus, the money Cire receives from room hire goes back into the organisation which enables us to continue to provide the community with training courses and support, deliver meals to those less fortunate, and allows us to keep our hub alive as a place for the locals to connect, engage, and sit down and have a good old cuppa and a chat – it’s room hire with a purpose.
