Blacksmithing Workshop: Make a Fire Poker

We'll assist you in designing and drawing your perfect poker, helping you select the materials that suit your style. Then it's time to start forging!Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll twist, beat and fire-weld the steel to shape your masterpiece. Take your time to fine-tune your creation, ensuring it meets your vision. No prior knowledge or skill in blacksmithing is necessary.
  To keep the poker you just made.
  Note about safety - Wear a cotton shirt (synthetics are potentially flammable). Makesure your jeans fit over the tops of your closed-toe shoes or boots so nothing hot can fall in.

• Safety glasses and earplugs are available or bring your own.
• Bringing your own leather gloves is a good idea.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Arriving five minutes early is helpful too.
