Hi, I'm Zakhi. I'm 24 and a ceramicist in the making. I teach how to make cute ceramic functional ware like mugs and plates. Teaching and art is my true passion, though I have loads of experience in teaching the serious arts like law and science. For now, I’m just trying to live life through art and spark interest in art around me.

This was my first pottery class ever and I am so glad to say that I loved it! Thanks to Zakhi who was extremely welcoming and warm. Her teaching style and assistance is inclusive, easy to understand and most importantly fun! The class structure was flexible wherein I was allowed to follow my creative instincts and make anything I wanted to (I made a trinket dish and I loved it), along with the mug It felt really calming and therapeutic, would definitely do it again

Honestly I didn’t think that I’d have this much fun, I only said yes to it coz my GF wouldn’t stop talking about it. But yeah it was a fantastic time, and zakhi was a great teacher. Not only was she helpful when I kept making mistakes but she was also patient with me to help me finally make my own ugly mug! Looking forward to the next session :)

Don’t wear your fav clothes as you end up making a bit of mess.. i learnt it the hard way! Honestly too good of an activity, had a great time with my bf and we both got to learn something new! Highly recommend it as a date event or even just friends catching up. Thanks Zakhi, had a great time :)

Had a fantastic time! Made a lot of mess but had a great fun while doing it! My mugs weren’t the most prettiest ones but definitely the most memorable ones for me! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

For someone that isn't into art and crafts, this workshop turned out to be the most fun I've had in a while. Zakhi is truly a master of her craft and explains every step of the process as you go. Great location, perfect class size and fancy equipment. Can't wait to be back!
