Hello, I'm Yoshiki. I am Japanese. I have been a chef for 10+ years in Australia.

I would like to show people how to sharpen knives using stone, not steel because stone lasts a lot longer than steel and once you know how to do it, you can use this skill any time. It is a very useful skill and good to learn.
