Wave Art - Where the Art is the Therapy!
While I study Art Therapy, I will be hosting 'Create and Meditate' sessions for anyone who wants to benefit from our therapeutic mindful art experiences. At Wave Art you will experience first hand the healing and relaxing benefits of exploring Art mindfully. Each medium, is in itself unique, arousing the senses, removing you from your thoughts and worries. Your discovery of 'being in the moment' in a tranquil setting, has begun. 'Being in the moment', is very much the essence of mindfulness.
