Enjoy a journey through Spanish cuisine and culture with our beautiful chef, Sarina. The Spanish know how important it is to enjoy life, and their food and culture are a world example. At Wholesome Bellies, we’ve put together a menu and given it our plant-based twist to bring to you an array of flavours that embody the Spanish way.
We’ll start the class making two classics – Gazpacho and Pan Tumaca, which is a tomato and bread delicacy in Spain. We’ll then create a couple of side dishes and the masterpiece, traditional Paella. Let our chef guide you with some simple tips and tricks to put together a flavoursome, 100% plant-based Paella. And finally, it wouldn’t be a Spanish cooking affair without homemade Churros with our vegan chocolate dipping sauce.
This class is 100% plant-based and 100% delicious. If you require gluten-free, please let us know; it’s possible to modify the recipes.
