Really loved your idea re the recipe.
We have chosen not to give out the recipes as people used to jump ahead and get things wrong! Obviously there is a balance and it's important that people can follow what's going on too, so we will look at a solution!

While we are glad you enjoyed the dishes we prepared, we apologise that it didn't meet your expectations regarding brisket and ribs. The class was actually an American Grill class and not a low n slow which is why we didn't do the brisket and ribs. There was obviously an error in the way the class was communicated via ClassBento, so we can only apologise for this. Nonetheless, we are pleased that the food, sauces, and staff all exceeded your expectations. Thank you for joining our class!
