My educational motto is to distill the essence of my 15-year coffee journey into bite-sized, enjoyable lessons, delivered with ease and enthusiasm.About 15 years ago, my coffee journey began as an F&B waiter at a 5-star hotel in Canberra. Fortunate to delve into the world of coffee, my passion flourished, leading me to ONA cafe for several years. Upon relocating to Sydney in 2019, I established Nathan Coffee School, and more recently, inaugurated my own training center in Strathfield, embodying my commitment to excellence in coffee education.
