Welcome to my Lippan Art Course, where the ancient tradition of Lippan artistry meets modern convenience. The online Lippan course guides you through the intricate process of creating stunning Lippan art, from design conception to mirror embellishment.
About the Course
Hailing from the arid landscapes of Kutch, Gujarat, Lippan art is a testament to the creativity of village women who transform simple materials into intricate beauty. Traditionally, they use mud, camel dung, and mirrors to adorn their dwellings. In our contemporary world of décor and furnishing, we’ve adapted this art form, employing air-dried clay, glue, and acrylic colours to craft a captivating paste that moulds into an array of alluring designs.
