What you'll do

Looking to shake things up with a fun experience in Perth? Join The Cooking Professor's fun Japanese cooking class and learn easy recipes you can recreate from home!

In this class, the chef will share her favourite selection of Japanese food introducing you to the hugely popular Japanese cuisine with its authentic flavours & fascinating cooking techniques.

On the menu:

Miso Soup with Wakame & Tofu
Chicken Yakitori, Okonomiyaki: Japanese Pancake
Tempura Vegetables
Japanese Rice
Fresh Cabbage Salad
Dessert: Mochi

In our unique hands-on learning environment, everyone is broken into small teams, and everyone makes a different dish under the guidance of the instructor.

Once the cooking is complete, you'll sit down at the end and share the food in a massive social feast.

We are fully BYO and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups, we ask that you bring an Esky as fridge space is limited).

If you have special dietary requirements, please email The Cooking Professor before booking to discuss if we can cater for you in this class.

This is a beginner-friendly class.

What you'll get

We supply everything you need, including your ingredients, aprons, and recipes.

Please wear flat, enclosed shoes, and we recommend comfortable clothes.
