What you'll do

Hey Monet is a mobile art party service that comes to you. Whether it is a space you are hiring, a private venue, or home, we bring all the equipment and materials needed for smaller parties of 5 to larger parties of 60+. All you need to provide is seating and tables for the amount of people attending. Our prices are competitive and scaled to the number of guests attending.

We provide high-quality art subjects to choose from and paint. A Hey Monet art party is also a fully customisable experience, so if there is something you would like to paint that we don't already offer, we will work with you to realise your vision. Our canvases come in all shapes (rectangular, square, round, oval) and sizes. We work closely with you to ensure your event is personalised and special.

Our classes will take you step by step through a painting, while also allowing plenty of opportunities for creativity and free choice. At the end of a session, most of your guests will have something they can take home and be proud to display on a wall (somewhere :).

A Paint & Sip style Art Party allows plenty of time for catching up, mingling with friends and family, and creating new connections. This style of party lends itself well to casual eating, grazing platters, and tasty beverages. If you are not after a typical Hens/Bridal Shower, then Hey Monet is for you.

I love introducing the magic of art-making to beginners and inspiring already creative individuals.

As a child I was an obsessed about drawing and enjoyed creating art in any way I could. It took me until my late 20's to decide to study a Bachelor of Visual Arts which exposed me to many types of art making. Painting and photography became my main passion while I was an art student. When I completed my degree I was asked to teach a variety of classes to first year students - here began my joy of teaching basic art principals and techniques.

After 15 years of teaching a range of Visual Art classes in adult education institutions (TAFESA & WEA) and facilitating private art groups for adults and seniors in aged care, I decided to start a mobile Art Party business called Hey Monet. My aim is to provide fully guided and customised art experiences to private and business groups which are relaxing and fun.
