I am a Holistic Health Practitioner. I have not eaten gluten, sugar, or lactose for about 20 years as I was diagnosed intolerant for those, therefore have a good knowledge of food ingredients and plenty of ideas how to make something from nothing. I love making healthy cakes and treats, I create recipes and provide cooking classes.

I have just spent an amazing 4 hours with Reena learning about sugar and gluten free baking. Reena was generous with her time and knowledge, sharing all her experiences and recommendations regarding various baking ingredients, where to buy, etc. The three recipes we baked in the class were provided to us, as well as samples of the goodies to bring home. I highly recommend this class, and would attend again! Thanks Reena.

Not only did I learn so much, the workshop was a truly valuable experience. It was a wonderful environment to create new and exciting delights that we enjoyed tasting and eating together. Amazing and so practical - I can't wait to start baking.
