Bar Cleveland

This popular Surry Hills hotel dates back to the early 1900s, and is easily one of the longest standing and iconic local landmarks in Sydney.

Level 1 of Bar Cleveland is a multipurpose space for a range of creative workshops on offer.
Large bar area leading out onto a generous floor space complete with two lounge areas and an
adjoining outdoor smoking terrace.

This open plan area consists of Mezzanine, Atrium, Pool room & dance floor area with private bar facilities.

It is free for our teachers to use (subject to the venue manager's approval) any time on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as Saturday & Sunday mornings for a 11am start.

The owner, Diego, wants to offer the local community wonderful workshops so he is offering the private space on the first floor (with lots of natural light) as a free space for workshops.

He also has offered that we can incorporate Wine Tasting or even Craft Beer tasting for free during the workshop as they have many suppliers that come for for free to teach people about the wines and local craft beer.
