Art is my “go-to” place when I need peace and quiet. I’ve learn with practice that it’s a sacred place that calms the storm in your mind! Over the last 3-4 years, I’ve been sharing my experiences and art skills with others through “sip and paint” sessions. The joy everyone leaves these sessions with wants me to do more of them :)
I teach dot mandala art, an age old style of painting that’s comparable to meditation and mental yoga!
